Our Raw Material Control System is designed to ensure that every copper foil, laminate, solder paste, and component entering our facility meets the highest standards of performance and consistency.
From the moment materials arrive, they undergo a strict multi-stage inspection process that includes supplier qualification, incoming quality verification, and full traceability management. Each batch is tested for mechanical strength, conductivity, insulation resistance, and thermal stability to guarantee flawless compatibility with our advanced manufacturing processes.
We work exclusively with certified global suppliers, ensuring material conformity with international standards such as IPC, RoHS, and REACH. By combining scientific verification with digital traceability, we prevent variability and secure long-term reliability in every circuit board we produce.
Our production lines are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and automated inspection systems.
▸ AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and flying probe testing are used to detect even the smallest defects.
▸ SMT assembly is monitored with SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) and X-ray analysis to ensure solder joint integrity.
▸ Continuous process monitoring allows real-time feedback and rapid corrective actions.
Before delivery, every product must pass a comprehensive set of tests, including:
